Abbey Tumbled Blue Brown

To make this stone cobble, strips of Abbey Cut are tumbled in a large steel tumbler. The stonemasons either turn the stones so that the soft earth tones show, or so the vibrant colors appear on the top and bottom. Typically, 50% of the colors are turned out.

A portion of the quarry yields a soft blue-gray, which is beautifully mixed with the earth tone colors of the rest of the quarry, creating perfect stone supplies in OKC.
